Colin Young
Founder/Player Management
Arguably one of the most experienced player managers in the AFL industry, Colin has a proven track record of excelling in all areas of the football arena. He has worked with high-profile sporting organizations such as the West Coast Eagles, Fremantle Football Club, and the Western Australian Cricket Association.
Over 20 years ago, Colin and Paul Nash co-founded the Corporate Sports Australia (CSA) player management division, achieving instant success. Their efforts quickly established CSA as the leading player management company in Western Australia, with significant impact on the national stage.
Throughout his career, Colin has managed well over 100 players. He now leads the new and promising Young Guns Player Management Company.
Logan Young

Logan is dedicated to helping young players reach their full potential through personalized diet, training, and recovery plans. A former junior footballer with the Sandringham Dragons and Claremont FC, Logan went on to join the West Coast Eagles as an SSP and COVID top-up player. Having experienced his own AFL journey, including overcoming a serious injury, Logan is passionate about mentoring players through the highs and lows of their careers.
His approach goes beyond football—Logan is committed to supporting players in all aspects of their lives. With personal experience and expertise in player development, Logan is the ideal mentor for any aspiring AFL player. Whether you’re seeking guidance on football skills or support during the draft process, Logan will be there to help you every step of the way.
Brandan Young
Sponsorship Manager
Brandan will be collaborating with our industry partners, including Puma, Nike, Asics, Adidas, Concave, and other high-profile corporate companies. His focus will be on the AFLW pathway, working with players, talent identification across all levels, and club football administrators.
Unfortunately, Brandan sustained a few injuries while training with the West Coast Eagles during the COVID period. He is currently on a gradual recovery journey, determined to work his way back to the next level of football.
