Originally starring for East Fremantle Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), Milan developed into one of the competition’s premier midfielders. He is a multiple Best & Fairest winner, WAFL Team of the Year selection, and Simpson Medallist for best on ground in representative football. He also played a key role in East Fremantle’s 2023 premiership success.
After going undrafted in his early years, Milan’s persistence never wavered. His relentless work ethic, leadership, and standout WAFL form led to his selection in the AFL as an SSP, earning him an opportunity at the highest level with the West Coast Eagles.
