Rhianna Ingram is a composed and reliable defender emerging from the Gold Coast Suns Academy, quickly establishing herself as one of the most consistent performers in the 2025 Coates Talent League Girls season. Originally from the Southport Sharks, where she was awarded the U15 Girls Best & Fairest in 2023, Ingram has transitioned seamlessly to the elite level, showcasing poise with ball in hand, a strong work ethic, and an ability to lead from the back.

Ingram has found her home rebounding out of the back half, where her composure and foot skills allow her to initiate attacking plays from defence. Frequently trusted with kick-in duties, she reads the play well and executes switches and rebound 50s with confidence and precision.

Her Round 3 performance against the Dandenong Stingrays was a clear highlight, collecting 27 disposals, 3 marks, 4 tackles, 2 inside 50s, and 12 rebound 50s, which earned her a well-deserved spot in the Team of the Week. She backed that up with another standout showing in Round 4, recording 32 disposals, 4 marks, and 6 rebound 50s, once again being named in the Team of the Week.

Ingram is known for her clean foot skills, sound decision-making, and ability to defend with intelligence and intent. She is reliable in the air, steady under pressure, and backs it up with strong follow-up work at ground level. Her combination of class, effort, and consistency makes her a well-rounded and highly promising prospect.

With her continued development, versatility, and leadership traits, Rhianna Ingram is firmly on the radar for the 2025 AFLW Draft and is undoubtedly a player to watch as the season progresses.
